Agustin is a Marine Corps Veteran and 20+ year seasoned professional with career highlights of being a turnaround CEO of a health care company and a fortune 500 marketing consultant working on national brands like Uncle Ben’s Rice, Healthy Choice, Peter Pan Peanut Butter, Orville Redenbacher, and Nature Made Vitamins.
He has lectured, and advised, at UCLA Extension on trends in B2C/B2B e-commerce, multi-channel marketing, consumer behavior, business development, marketing strategies, online advertising and ROI, digital branding, online security, product development and user experience.

She has been featured a speaker for FedEx, the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the National Hardware Show, International Housewares Show and USC.She has judged and evaluated investment pitches for Clean Tech Open and the PortTech Incubator.
Chuck Chugumlung, Creative Director, Bayfish
Chuck began his career as a graphic designer of packaging and online marketing in the Gaming and Film Advertising field. Chuck is highly proficient in Adobe applications and Autodesk 3D animation software. He’s worked on many brands including, Mercedes Benz, Microsoft, Intel, Disney, Mattel and PepsiCo.
Chuck has, also, received several honors in the field of Art Direction, including two recognitions in the Hollywood Reporter Key Art Awards for interactive film marketing projects, “Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events” and “The Royal Tenenbaums”.
Mario E. Munich, Senior Vice President of Technology at iRobot Corp.
iRobot produces the Roomba home cleaning robots and a line of medical robots.
Mario manages the research and technology development efforts at iRobot Corp. He received the degree of Electronic Engineer (with honors) from the National University of Rosario, Argentina and the M.S. and the Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology, Pasadena. His PhD work focused in developing novel Human-Machine Interfaces using video technology and computer vision techniques. He previously worked at Evolution Robotics where he developed object recognition, and navigation and mapping algorithms for consumer robotics. His research interests include computer vision, sensors for robots, autonomous navigation, and human-robotic interaction.
Kristin Hiibner, Ph.D,
Kristin is an intellectual property attorney with 15+ years of diverse experience in patents, trademarks, trade secrets, licensing, and risk management. Kristin’s Ph.D. is in Organic Chemistry and she has represented companies in a variety of technologies. As an active member of the Pasadena Angels, Kristin invests in early stage Southern California companies and is a frequent presenter on intellectual property and entrepreneur topics in the Los Angeles area.
