How does email access work?
If you have one or two quick questions, we’re usually able to answer those without using any of your consulting time. Please keep in mind that answers to a “quick question” sometimes need some consideration because they will affect another area of your project. In those cases, we do have to use some of your consulting time to take care of your answer. We'll let you know beforehand though.
Will you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement?
We know some clients might be working with us before they have filed for patents, trademarks, or other intellectual property. To ensure that we have a great working relationship with you we always send over a standard NDA you can sign online. Our system lets us know that it's ready for us to countersign and then sends the final version to us both.
How do we meet?
We typically meet over a video conference like Zoom or a phone call. On occasion, some clients that are local to Pasadena, CA prefer to meet in our offices.
Is there a guarantee?
Unfortunately, no. We simply can't guarantee your actions, market conditions, and that your idea will work. That's why we have conversations up front to make sure it's a good fit. There is always a bit of risk in any new venture but we do our very best to lower that as far as possible.
